| Academic Advising Checklist- Your "To Do" List for meeting with your academic advisor. Curriculum Core Planner - This form can be used to track progress toward meeting the requirements for the core curriculum. Individual academic departments may also have a similar planner which outlines core and major requirements. Student Request for Advisor Change - this form can be completed on-line, printed and submitted to the Office of Retention and Adivising, LAC 223. Weekly Schedule - Print this schedule to plan your courses for the upcoming semester. You can bring this to your advising session as a draft in planning your final schedule.
