Geriatric Nurse Aid Application Procedures

*  Complete the Application for Nurse Aide Training form and return it along with a

     $25.00 check or money order made payable to Marywood University to:

     Scranton, PA  18509

*  Once your application has been received you will recieve information outling the
     requirements that need to be met prior to acceptance.
