Directions for Applying for the Doctoral Program in Human Development DEADLINE: January 30th, 2008 (Coursework begins in Fall 2008) This is a self-managed application. It is the applicant's reponsibility to gather all supporting credentials and materials and to submit them in the same envelope as the application. In this way, each applicant will be certain that the application, fee, transcripts, references, and essay are submitted and that the application is complete. Test scores (GRE/TOEFL) should come directly from ETS. Submit the application form using any one of the following methods Complete the online form and submit electronically. Use our online Request Information form to receive a printed form among the materials sent to you by mail. Contact our office directly to request application materials. Go to Online Application Form Pay the application fee of $35 (for Fall 2008). Your application will not be processed until this fee is received. Send three letters of references (at least two from teachers or current supervisors). Print three blank copies of our online reference forms or obtain printed forms from us. Have them completed, signed and returned to us. These forms cannot be submitted electronically. Go to Online Reference Form Submit OFFICIAL, SEALED transcripts of all your academic work. An ESSAY on the goals you hope to meet through participation in this interdisciplinary program. If you are an international student, submit a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score.
