How To Become A Tutor

Tutors must meet the following requirements:

• Be a current Marywood student.
• Possess an overall 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Complete all necessary employment paperwork with Human Resources.

You may tutor courses in which you have received a B+ or better. To become a tutor:

1. Submit a Tutor Application to the Office of Tutoring Services, in the Liberal Arts Center 223.

2. Complete tutor training.

3. Tutors are expected to meet with their students for one hour per week. If more or less time is needed, please notify the Assistant Director.
