Personal hygiene and food safety
Food safety tracking system
Cleaning and sanitizing
Facilities equipment layout
Regulatory requirements
The Food Employee Safety Certification is scheduled for the following days at Marywood University:
Class Time: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Price: Certification or Re-certification $125 (includes exam but purchase of ServSafe Essentials textbook is extra)
Retest $50
- Same day Certification or Re-certification workshop
- Exam given on same day (Must score minimum of 75% to pass)
- Receive latest updates to PA Food Code and the PA Food Employee Certification Act
