You'll develop an awareness of the relationship of health to all experiences and activities; become aware of the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of fitness; and learn to create experiences which will promote health and physical development. You will develop your abilities to teach effectively by using a variety of instructional techniques and using the knowledge of the way in which students learn motor skills as well as develop their cognitive functions.
