Jan A. Rodgers received her MSW degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her MLIS degree from Dominican University.  She is a (LCSW) licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  She taught for five years at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, New Jersey, in the undergraduate and graduate social work programs, at Dominican University for seven years in the Graduate School of Social Work, River Forest, Illinois, and one year at Kean University's MSW program in the Graduate School in Union, N.J.

Her areas of interest and research include international social work practice and advanced social work practice, integration of ethics, spirituality and social work practice, and most recently, factors motivating faith-based focused volunteers in disaster management.  She will be teaching social work practice and administration in social work.  She will also be a social work field liaison.
