Dr. Angela Hillman received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of New Mexico, a M.S. in Physical Education from the University of New Mexico and a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Hull (UK). Dr. Hillman holds a certification from the American Society of Exercise Physiologists in Cerfitied Exercise Physiologist (CEP).
Her research areas are: Exercise Physiology and Biochemistry, Oxidative Stress, Hydration, Thermoregulation. Her specific interests are, The stress response to exercise in extreme environments and ways to ameliorate the negative impact on the whole body and performance, post exercise and recovery and adaptations.
