Dr. Gear received his Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh, his M.S. in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Sacramento , and his B.A. in Physical Education (Athletic Training) from California State University, Long Beach.
Dr. Gear's research interests are, injury prevention measures effect on balance and stability, neuromuscular changes due to increasing fatigue and low-level laser therapy effect on healing.
