Ms. Amosson has been an adjunct professor at Marywood since 2011 and is now a Pro-rata faculty in the Department of Religious Studies.  She teaches courses in Modern Belief and Social Morality/National Issues.

Ms. Amosson received her Bachelors in Human Sciences from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas and her Masters in Theological Studies from University of Dallas, Texas.  Ms. Amosson's thesis research was based on the Catholic Church Dogma of the Immaculate Conception in Light of Feminine Theology in the Modern Era.  Her concentrations include:  Inter-faith Dialogue, Contemplative Prayer and Theological Reflection.  She in the the process of publishing her third book, Healing and Forgiveness in the Institutional Church.
