Dr. Payne received her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada, Reno, her M.A. in Kinesiology from San Jose State University and her B.S. in Athletic Training from Duquesne University.
Dr. Payne's research interests are athletic training education, athletic training and law, and higher education.
