General Duties: Receptionist

Description of Duties:

This position is based at the Knowledge Bar on the main floor of the Learning Commons. The Assistant takes phone calls, answers emails, and helps users in person with basic technology issues. They work with Help Desk and other IT staff to ensure the technology is working not only in the Learning Commons but all over campus. They also provide basic technology assistance in our supported applications. Training will be provided.
