Africa Sisters Education Collaborative (ASEC)
Summary of Duties
Essential functions in office procedures including but not limited to: receiving and directing mail; managing shipping and office supplies for ASEC office; organizing meetings and materials; preparing and submitting payroll time reports; reconciling credit card reports; organizing travel for staff; minute taking during various meetings; typing/word processing; correspondence; calendar management; filing; performing other duties as assigned.
Clerical Background; Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English
Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Service oriented and able to work in a team environment.
