Summary of Duties
Handle duties to support students, faculty and the University, requires an efficient individual who is comfortable being a member of a team that serves several undergraduate and graduate-level programs. Ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support. Ideal candidate should be resourceful, a good problem solver and have superior organization skills,
Manage workflow ensuring all deadlines are met and work completed correctly. Implement and monitor programs as directed by faculty, and see the programs through to completion. Effectively handle the revision, distribution, retrieval, remuneration and execution of contracts for both clinical sites and all faculty. Collaborate with Admissions Office in recruitment efforts and communication with alumni. Generate memos, emails and reports when requested, including accreditation documents. Assume responsibility for maintenance of classroom and office equipment, including telephones, computers, copy machines and fax machines. Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and ordering items ensuring fiscal responsibility. Answer incoming calls effectively and assume other receptionist duties when needed. Respond to questions and requests for information and other duties as assigned
High School Diploma
Work Experience Requirements:
Experience within an academic office and computer experience preferred. Will train to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Colleague, Google Docs and Google Calendar.
Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure with constant interruptions. Dependable, reliable, pleasant and professional when working with faculty, staff, and students. Ability to work independently and remain confidential with information.
