Seasonal Phonathon Supervisor (Student Only)

Summary of Duties

Serve as a supervisor of the student calling program. Manage, motivate, train, and support student callers during nightly calling shifts as the calling team establishes an open and engaging line of communication between Marywood and its prospective donors through positive phone conversations. Actively coach student callers to continuously improve call quality.  Great leadership opportunity!



Requirements

  • Work Experience Requirements:

    Prior experience as a student caller preferred.

  • Essential Elements:

    Must be enrolled as a Marywood University student.
