Marywood University, on an annual basis, provides students and employees with information relating to crime statistics and security measures in compliance with the College and University Security Information Act of 1988 (PA Act 73), and the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990 (P.L. 101-542).

4.1.8 HIPAA Privacy Practices

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) requires that health plans protect the confidentiality of private health information. A complete description of rights under HIPAA can be found in the Plan's notice of privacy practices. For a copy of the notice, if you have questions about the privacy of your health information, or you wish to file a complaint, contact the Privacy Officer, Patricia E.
