Marywood University's Special Education programs are NCATE accredited
and designed to explore the total environment of the child and
adolescent, including the classroom, home and community. Our programs
and faculty stay up to date on current laws and requirements pertaining
to the special needs child.
Marywood University offers several different post-bachelor's options in

Upon completion of your program, you will be competent to provide
services in settings such as the general education classroom, with or
without supportive services, the resource room, and various forms of
the self-contained special class.
