The courses in the Fine Arts, representing the collaboration of the Departments of Art, Communication Arts and Music, are interdisciplinary in their approach and confirm the University curricular purpose of living responsibly in an interdependent world, wherein we share with others our knowledge of the human condition in its ultimate relationships, the physical universe, self and society and cultural dimensions. The interdisciplinary courses in the fine arts fulfill the liberal arts Core Curriculum requirement in Category V, The Human Condition in its Cultural Context.
